11/17/11 – Day of Michelle’s Disappearance
11/17/11, 3:15pm- Michelle was seen on a surveillance video in east Orange County in route to her ex-fiancé Dale Smith’s home to drop off their 3-year-old twins.
11/17/11, 3:15pm- Simultaneously, while Michelle is in route to drop of her twins at her ex-fiancé’s hour…her and that same ex-fiancé, Dale Smith, appeared on TV in a prerecorded episode of, “The People’s Court”. Their public litigation was regarding events connected to a lost engagement ring worth $5,000.
11/17/11, 4:26pm- Michelle Parker’s brother, Dustin Erickson, received a text message from Parker’s cell phone. Phone records traced Parker’s location at the time of the text message to be on the east side of Orlando Florida’s Orange County, in the Waterford Lakes area.
11/17/11, 8:00pm- Michelle Parkers cell phone pinged 7 miles from where she was last seen (ex- fiancé’s address), in the area of Oakridge Road near Belle Isle. It’s been reported that this is the location where her cell phone was turned off. The location of her cell phone remains unknown.
11/23/11- ABC NEWS reported that Michelle Parker’s ex-fiancé Dale Smith had a history of being discharged from the Marines during court-martial proceedings where he was convicted of drug possession and domestic battery.

11/25/11- Michelle Parker’s family released Michelle’s final voicemail to her father, left the day prior to her disappearance…
“Hey Dad … it’s about 8:40. This is Michelle on Wednesday morning,” she said on the voicemail. “I know that you’re at work, but call me when you have lunch or you have break or the end of your day.”
11/27/11- Armed with flash grenades and tear gas, police raided the home of Dale Smith Senior. Dale Smith Senior is the father of Michelle Parker’s ex- fiancé, Dale Smith Junior. No evidence was found during the raid.
11/28/11- Police officially name Michelle Parker’s ex-fiancé, Dale Smith Junior, the primary suspect in her disappearance. Smith’s whereabouts’ are unknown to police, however hearsay is that attorney Mark NeJame has agreed to represent him. Child Protection Services is investigating Smith’s parenting value. The 3-year-old twin’s whom Smith shares with Michelle Parker are being cared for by his parent’s.
